Horst Exhibition
Whilst in London we got the opportunity to visit the Horst Exhibition. The space was used to its full potential, old vogue magazines were restored in glass cabinets as well as large format photographs gracing the walls.
'Fashion in colour' was my favorite segment from the exhibition, the photographs were striking and memorable. Here are my two favorite Horst photographs:

The Photographers' Gallery:
Edward Steichen-
I loved Steichen's exhibition, his photographs perfectly embody Haute Couture and the glamorization that comes with it.

What is beauty?
Jenny Saville
Jenny Saville's large scale paintings are bold and unapologetic, the angles she uses are unflattering and show women in their most natural being. She chooses to use large women as the subject of her work as they have the physicality that she's interested in. Saville's work is instantly recognisable.
